Considering the stunning failure that was Vice President Walter Mondale’s bid for the presidency, I don’t know that his endorsement of Clinton really adds much logistically. With that said it comes at a perfect time for the Clinton campaign. After what has been seen as a not so great debate showing it helps lend further to the air that Democrats are quickly rallying around her candidacy and that the debate had little real effect on her organization or the race.
