Clinton Embraces a Change in Strategy

January 5th, 2008

From New York Times Clinton dropped her stump speech, took questions from the audience, focused in on the economy and said hello to Bill O’Reilly who was close by.

Interestingly enough based on the report Clinton did not take a major shift in strategy. All along her platform has been to talk about her platform, filling speeches with specific policy agenda’s rather than lofty rhetoric. All along it has been the presentation that has typically kept her from gaining much excitement.

Will a fire in the belly from a stinging defeat help change that? Methinks someone or some people who aren’t Mark Penn may be getting into her ear and helping everyone assess the problems.
