CNN is reporting that Governor Bill Richardson will drop his bid for the nomination tomorrow after receiving limited support in both the New Hampshire primary and the Iowa Caucus.

Despite a hefty resume Richardson was unable to gain much traction in polling or fundraising.

“The numbers are the reason — not enough votes and not enough money,” a Democratic strategist close to Richardson’s campaign told CNN. However, “He enjoyed it and believes he made a contribution,” the strategist said.
