“Iron My Shit” Was a Radio Stunt

January 10th, 2008

The other day two a news story made the rounds of a protester holding up an “Iron My Shirt” sign and yelling the phrase while Hillary Clinton was giving a speech.

The media reported it as something of a protest however the Web site Hot Air did some reporting and found out that this was not a protest but instead a radio stunt pulled off by employees of a Boston station WBCN 104.1 FM, who are members of the Toucher and Rich Show. Luckily for us there is an Internet where bloggers do the heavy lifting of the media and find this stuff out. Also check out NewsBusters for more information.
