Money Returns to the Clinton Campaign, Staffers Paid Again

The Clinton campaign has raised $6 Million online in 24 hours and it is being reported that campaign staff, including manager Patti Solis Doyle, are back on the payroll.
Halperin reports Campaign chair Terry McAuliffe plans 4pm ET conference call to tout the turnaround.
