Latest Rasmussen? (Updated)
March 26th, 2008
Update: The poll has been released and in addition 62% of Dems say neither candidate should drop out just yet. “Forty-seven percent (47%) of Obama supporters think Clinton should drop out. Thirty-eight percent (38%) of Clinton supporters say Obama should drop out. Those who remain undecided are a bit more likely to suggest that Obama should leave.”
Right now Drudge is reporting an odd result of the latest Rasmussen polling which will be released at 11:00AM. The poll reportedly shows 22% of Democrats surveyed believe that Hillary Clinton should drop out of the race. That is to be expected. Alternatively though the polling shows, 22% believe Barack Obama should drop out. If this is true, wow!
It actually affirms what I have been told by people. There is a MSM assumption that Democrats wanting to vote for Senator Clinton cannot wait to also vote for Barack Obama. That is true and the opposite is true with a good percentage. There is however, a very die hard percentage of both groups of voters who say they will never vote for the other candidate and instead will vote for McCain.

Actually, the MSM supposition that we core Democratic voters will support Obama just because he is the nominee is nothing more than a MSM myth. Obama is no different to most of us than GWB was in 2000. Just some young hotshot with no experience. If you pay attention to how he stutters and stammers whenever he is asked a direct question on how he would solve anything you know he is just making it up as he goes along. And being the agent of change? Please. The majority of his advisers and paid staff are former Clinton folks. That’s real change.
