Tonight John Edwards will admit on Nightline that he had an affair with former staffer Rielle Hunter and that he lied repeatedly about the relationship while a presidential candidate. The admission confirms reports by the National Enquirer that have alleged the affair for several months.

Edwards however claims that Reille’s daughter is not his child however he says he has not taken a paternity test.
