Why does Obama keep getting a free pass? Why is any inquiry, or challenge to his record, or unsavory associations, met with accusations of racism? Jeramiah Wright, an obvious racist and anti-Semite, endorses, supports and praises Farakan … Obama is a lot more connected to Wright than a mere case of guilt by association. Obama himself has described Wright as his spiritual advisor and mentor of 20 years. Obama was going to have Wright speak at his announcement to run ceremony, until he realized it would be a bad political decision. Any fool can weigh 20 years of involvement against a momentary half hearted denouncement, motivated by personal political ambition. The left and the media has fashioned Obama into a sacred cow, who is above reproach. Obama’s record, and associations have become like the Emperor’s new clothes, even when the future of the world is at stake!

In business, there is an expression, the customer is always right. In politics that would be the voters. So Obama would not be where he is if he was not Black? But that is what the voters voted for. No one gave Obama 200 extra delegates or 10 extra states. No one that is but the voters. And if you are a smart politician you know they are always right and you do not blame them for how they voted.

Obama got 55% of the white vote in Wisconsin. 26% of the White in Mississippi. Obama did not change. He was the same candidate in both places with the same message. So it must have something to do with the voters of Mississippi rather than the candidate.

Hillary will sabotage Obama to the point where he will appear unelectable at the convention or he will win the nomination and lose the general, allowing Billary to run in '12. The faster we recognize this and call attention to it, the easier it will be to stop from happening.

As an independent who supports Obama I think Penn must be living on Planet Crazy.

Obama's the first candidate in my entire 20 year voting life who I actually *want* to vote for. If Penn thinks Obama's supporters are going to abandon him because of Clinton new negative tactics, he's delusional.

This is no longer about Clinton winning the Democratic nomination, but about sabotaging Obama's campaign. She's so far behind in the delegate count she can't win, so she's just engaging in politics of personal destruction now.

Maybe she hopes he will lose and she can run in 2012, or maybe she's just so bitter that she just wants revenge.

Centrist??? This country is so far to the right that the term Centrist doesn't mean what it used to.

Penn needs to fired, he's the Rove of the Democratic party. Using a Republican tactic: "the evil liberal". Oohhhh!!! noooo!!!!!, run for you lives.

Anyone so out of touch as to still believe this tired old argument needs to get with the times.

Hilary and McCain have both modified thier mesages in order to appeal to more voters. That, and their ages, make them suspect to me. How can I trust them not to change again in the future to try and please lobbiests/PAC's if either of them were to become president. The things I most like about Obama is that he has kept a constant message throughout his campaign and he has an infinitely more intuitive grasp of the uses and roles technology plays in government and business.

I have to agree. He was only one of 15 senators to vote against the born alive infant protection act which guaranteed protection for children who were born alive during a failed abortion attempt. Hillary is FAR more palatable to me as a centrist republican.

Seems like a really bad idea. I mean Florida already had problems with corruption. What's to prevent people from stealing these things?

I'm glad you liked the show. We definitely think this is something the general public needs to know about. We were shocked ourselves.

We go a little more in depth (and address Michigan) in the related blog (http://www.moblogic.tv/blog/2008/03/08/the-donkeys-hit-florida-where-the-sun-dont-shine/)

I'll put the link to this post in the comments section so we can get this party started.

Think you made some interesting points.

Thanks for watching!

re: March 7 McCain Meltdown with NYT reporter Elisabeth Bumiller :

McCain, this supposed foreign policy expert is indeed Senator Hothead.

Just what we need for world diplomacy. (not!)

Elisabeth Bumiller was right to ask "Why are you so angry?"

The American people and foreign leaders will not want to ask this about their leader.

Presumptive nominee, maybe, pompous ***, yes.

Why does Senator Obama not question Senator Clinton's experience? She was the wife of a Govenor of a small state with a small budget. What experience does that give her? She was the wife of the President. What experience does that give her? Can the wife of a medical doctor get to claim experience as a Dr.? Does the wife of a college professor get to claim credit for being an acidemic? Does the wife of an engineer get to build bridges. She can justifyably claim credit for her time in the Senate. But she continually claims 30 years experience. I think most Americans do not think she has the right to claim that credit for that much time in government.

They want an electoral mulligan. The big complaint I keep hearing it that the people of FL and MI deserve to have their voices heard. Damn straight they do AND they actually have. The democratic voters in both those states elected people to represent their interests who saw fit to ignore the rules of the national nominating process. The voters of FL and MI should have their say. They did and will. The next time they vote they ought to vote for people other than the knuckleheads that decided to disenfranchise them. 48 out of 50 states managed to get it right.
