Absent Congress
February 20th, 2007
An interesting site Absent Congress tracks the percentage of votes members of Congress are present for. They have a page up tracking 2008 candidates (and potential candidates). The sites About page which says the site is both “non-partisan” and “conservative” in the same sentence kind of bothered me but it seems like a rather good and even handed project. Granted I am non partisan on this site and yet I have political beliefs of my own. However the site itself doesn’t declare any one persuasion. Anyway…
The results this month?
Obama 100% at the top
Brownback 48.72% at the bottom
Clinton & McCain tied at 94.87%
Check out the site for the rest.
