Beginning to Look a Lot Like Campaign Season

December 23rd, 2007

Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and yet the 2008 presidential election was in full swing this weekend. To summarize some of the events.

Ron Paul made it onto Meet the Press while a New Hampshire newspaper made an anti-endorsement of Mitt Romney urging readers simply not to vote for him because he “must be stopped” all while Mitt Romney and John McCain spent the weekend trading barbs. Fred Thompson was nowhere to be seen that I could tell while Rudy Giuliani recovered from a headache, a really bad headache and Mike Huckabee was offending Catholics.

Meanwhile Obama attacked John Edwards on 527 organizations supporting him in Iowa while third-party groups supporting Hillary dropped $300,000 in phone banking and mailing.

In a non-attack news bulletin both John McCain & John Edwards have been approved for FEC matching funds.
