Jumping on a recent comment by Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton made the following statement in Texas:

“This country has given me so many opportunities, so many blessings, I am proud of the United States of America, and what we stand for, and what we have achieved in history,” (From ABC)

Both John McCain and his wife Cindy have also jumped on the comment, declaring their pride in the country as a way to counter Ms. Obama’s statement.
