Time has an article about how this might be (will be, may be) the election young people turn out in droves and change the electorate. I personally am not buying it as this article is written every election year and has never come true but I am not faulting the writer or those trying. Young people turned out in the largest numbers we’ve seen in the last presidential election, so did the general population. It was nice to see but for those who think young people voting will bring in some revolutionary candidate who will bring about a magically happy-land of new tame politics I will point out that in the last two elections where youth voting was trending up, George Bush was elected both times.
