Jeb Bush and ‘08
February 16th, 2007
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, brother to George, says he will not run for office and he hasn’t officially championed anyone who is. However he is privately, according to the Associated Press, steering friends toward Mitt Romney.
Also in the article it says both his father George Sr. and his brother George have encouraged him to run for president. Now you have to figure both presidents can pretty much figure out that the electorate is not going to vote another Bush into office anytime soon, especially this year.
Do you think their support is like, lets say it is like guys in a bar. Imagine George Sr. sitting there chugging Jager, “Hey, do you know who would make a good president?”
Then Bush Jr. “No? Who?”
Sr. “THIS GUY RIGHT HERE Ladies and Gentlemen!”
Jeb Bush with the, come on this is the millionth time voice “Dad, enough, really!”
Sr. “No, no, this fella right here, this is presidential material! I would rally the caucas for this guy!”
Anyway, do you think it was like that or were they really serious?
