Politico has noticed that the DNC is already attacking Fred Thompson (who hasn’t officially announced yet). Is it a sign of fear on the part of dems? A sign that the party has matured and is now ready to take on attacks early and often like the Republicans have in the past? Is it all just a bunch of fluff and meaningless? You be the judge:
