The Associated Press is reporting on the dramatic change occurring in the McCain campaign. After big losses of both money and staff the Senator is now flying commercial, being driven in the cars of volunteers to and from events, carrying his own luggage and even missed a campaign event when his flight was delayed. It is a far cry from the early days of his campaign on the plush Straight Talk Express.

As the article points out, few people are writing him off believing this is the position McCain has always worked best in, that of the underdog.
