- The Congressional Black Caucus, which is supposed to be a neutral organization, is facing some “grumbling” over the leaderships decision to hold a Clinton only forum.
- Another sign that Thompson’s much ballyhooed support from the religious right was probably just a media concoction as James Dobson, one of the nation’s most politically influential evangelical Christians, says he will not support the candidate.
- He hit Hillary Clinton hard over polluted fundraising but does John Edwards have his own bundler problems?
- Rudy Giuliani is famous. Just ask him. No really, he cannot wait to tell you.
- Mitt Romney has a new TV ad entitled Change Begins With Us. It follows his other new radio ad Traditional.

On the Trail
- Mike Huckabee has a meeting in South Carolina and then will give two speeches in the state, John McCain has two fundraisers in Virginia and Mitt Romney has a fundraiser in Illinois.
- Joe Biden, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Chris Dodd, John Edwards, Bill Richardson will all be attending a forum in Iowa today. Joe Biden also has a meeting in Iowa, John Edwards has a debate (AARP) in Iowa. Barack Obama has a town hall in South Carolina and a fundraiser in Georgia.
